By purchasing or requesting a CurioScripts product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products and services
CurioScripts provides scripts, add-ons, custom development, personal integration, configuration and related support. Product features are limited to the written description and any additional scope agreed before payment.
Developer-managed integration
Product files are not provided to buyers. The developer personally integrates the purchased script or add-on on the buyer’s website. The buyer must provide suitable temporary access and a compatible hosting environment.
License and use
Unless a different agreement is stated, each purchase is valid for one website. The buyer may use the integrated product on that website but may not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, extract or provide the product files to another person.
Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements and suitable access
- Maintain secure hosting and account credentials
- Use the product lawfully
- Maintain sufficient funds for any rewards, payouts or financial commitments configured by the buyer
- Back up the website before major unrelated changes
Third-party services
APIs, ad networks, payment services, offerwalls and external platforms are controlled by third parties. CurioScripts cannot guarantee their continued availability, approval or policy decisions.
Changes and custom work
Requests outside the purchased product description may require an additional quotation. Compatibility work caused by third-party modifications may also be charged separately.
